If you win money from a tournament, you have to play it through once (1x) on Slots or Keno before you can take it out.

The points you win in a tournament only apply to the leaderboard—they’re not actual cash.

Weekend Wins Tournament

This tourney begins each Friday at 12:00 AM EST and continues through Sunday at 11:59 PM EST.
You can register beginning Thursday at 5:00 PM EST—signup ends when the tourney does Sunday evening.

Withdrawal Terms – Some Need-to-Know Stuff

Pending Limits

You can have up to 4 pending withdrawals at once.
Each one can be up to 4x your weekly limit.
Standard weekly cap begins at $2,500, but it can be more if you are VIP.

Approval Time

We process all withdrawal requests.
It takes about 7–10 business days for approval.
Then payments take another 7–10 business days to arrive.
Max payout is $2,500 per week. If you win more than that, it’ll pay out in installments each week.
There may be bank or currency fees, just a heads up.

Fees & Processing

A processing charge of up to $40 may be charged, based on how much you’re withdrawing and how you pay.
Some payouts may arrive in installments, or have longer approval windows.
We may also group your withdrawal requests together, to make things go faster (within limits, naturally).

Checks – If You’re Going Old School

Have a check? You have to deposit it within 30 days.
We don’t cover expired checks.
Also:
- Deposit it in your own account (not somebody else’s).
- Don’t cash it or have someone else put it in their account.
- If those guidelines aren’t followed, we’re not liable.

Lost a Check? Here’s What Happens

If your check is lost or mailed to the wrong address, we’ll cancel it.
The funds go back into your casino account.
We’ll request you for current information, then you can ask for a new withdrawal.
If the error was your responsibility (such as incorrect address), charges may be deducted from your next withdrawal.
